USAC Affordable Connectivity Program
Assists low-income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices.
Energy Assistance Program
The Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services is offering help to residents by providing Crisis Intervention Program (CIP), Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) and Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) funds to eligible households.
Crisis Assistance Ministry
Provides emergency financial assistance for rent and utilities to Mecklenburg County residents.
Matthews Help Center
In the event of unforeseen financial crisis that prevents you from being able to pay rent or utilities on time, Matthews HELP Center may be able to assist with some or all of a payment.
